Covering letter explaining the purpose of the visit with Name and Passport number of the applicants travelling together with complete and full address and contacts of hotel / host / relative in Portugal

Overseas Insurance at least Euro 30,000

Company & Personal bank statement for the last 3 months duly stamped and signed by the issuing bank branch

Company & Personal Income tax returns for the last 3 years

Copy of Pan card

Copy of last 3 salary slips [if employed]

Proof of occupation

Business VISA / Additional documents

Invitation letter

Reference letter from employer confirming travel to Portugal for Business
