Following documents need to be uploaded when filling up VISA form online

Passport … Minimum 6 months validity from expected date of return journey from Uganda
VISA form – We will fill up after receiving all documents
Passport size photograph
Cover letter on company’s letter head
Letter of Invitation from Uganda company 
Certificate of company Incorporation
Company & personal current Bank Statements of last 3 months
Hotel booking
Return Air ticket
Yellow Fever Vaccination
Credit card copy [Only the last 4 digits of the credit card must be visible]
